  • Exchanges can be requested for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and all requests must be approved by our customer service team before shipping the replacement.

  • Once approved, we will ship your exchange promptly, ensuring minimal delay.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where items are defective or incorrect.
